Feeling anxious? You’re not alone.
Fear of failure, overthinking, stress, and anxiety can affect how we study, work, sleep, and go about our everyday lives.
In this workshop, you’ll learn more about why anxiety happens and discover simple, practical tools to help you manage it. You’ll also explore ways to better understand what you’re feeling and how to respond when anxiety shows up.
Leave with greater self-awareness and tools to help you manage and reduce any anxiety that you may be experiencing in your everyday life.

About the facilitator:

Caroliz Perez-Acevedo, MSc, MA, BACP (Accred), is a psychodynamic psychotherapist with 10 years of experience across the charity, university, and healthcare sectors in London. Now in private practice in Aruba, Caroliz’s work integrates mindfulness and somatic approaches in working with trauma, with a focus on cultivating self-compassion for personal growth and healing.
