Real Talk: Relationships & Wellbeing

In this workshop, we’ll explore how relationships impact our well-being and learn to better understand the dynamics within our personal and social connections. Through discussion and practical tools, you’ll gain skills to recognize unhelpful patterns, set healthy boundaries, and build relationships that feel safe, respectful, and supportive.

About the Facilitator:

Cinthia Quant is a licensed psychologist specialized in Gender and Gender-Based Violence, and co-founder and psychologist at Psico-Bida Psychological Services. She has over six years of experience in GBV prevention and response and has served as Program Manager at Fundacion Contra Violencia Relacional, GBV Coordinator at HIAS Aruba, and Psychologist at Fundacion pa Hende Muher den Dificultad. Her work focuses on survivor-centered services, advocacy, and delivering trainings and workshops across Aruba and the region. She is committed to strengthening dignified survivor services and advancing gender equality.
