Retreat: A Journey to Your Authentic Self

BIG CHANGES AHEAD?
Going on exchange, studying abroad, or starting an internship soon?

Don’t lose yourself in the process.
This is a moment of transition—exciting, but sometimes overwhelming.
Before your next step, give yourself the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who you are.

A Retreat for Clarity, Confidence & Direction
Join this 4-session group retreat (10 hrs total) designed to help you better understand yourself as you move into a new chapter. Through guided group work and psychodrama, you’ll explore your emotions, personal choices, and inner patterns in a safe and supportive space.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Clarity about who you are and where you want to go.
  • Confidence to make decisions aligned with your values.
  • Stronger connection with yourself and others.
  • Improved communication and relational skills.

What is Psychodrama?
An experiential, action-based group method that uses creativity, movement, and symbolic exploration to understand emotions, relationships, and unconscious patterns. It goes beyond talking, helping you gain insight through real, lived experience.

Why This Matters Now:

When everything around you is changing, it’s easy to feel uncertain or disconnected.
This retreat offers a warm, supportive space to:

    • Understand your inner patterns.
    • Make more grounded decisions.
    • Feel more like yourself during times of change.

BONUS!
You’ll also receive a follow-up package of 3 individual counseling sessions, covered by Shoco Wellness, to be used within 6 months after the retreat.
