Life, Grief, and Transformation

This psychodrama participative workshop retreat of 4 sessions seeks to promote emotional expression, emotional relief, and a workgroup approach to loss-related trauma and grief.

4 sessions of 2.5 hrs:

  • Foundations for a new normal: Acknowledging the loss and the impact of grief
  • Unbottling feelings: finding action steps toward grief recovery
  • Transformational act: bringing closure to unfinished business
  • Keys of life: Love, Time, and Death

Location: UA, Aula

Facilitator: Joel Maroto is a clinical psychologist and psychodramatist, with experience as a group consultant and organizational psychologist. He is currently finishing a Masters degree in Gender and Human Rights at the National University of Costa Rica.
