Tai Chi is an ancient martial art once taught for combat and self-defense in China. Learn Tai Chi today for your mental and physical health and to help you become more resilient. When you have greater resilience you are able to bounce back quicker from illness, unexpected change, or setbacks in life.
Instructor: Juliet Chieuw has been a Tai Chi practitioner and instructor for 25 years and responsible for introducing Taoist Tai Chi to Aruba in 1999.
Setleader: John Khodabux has been a Tai Chi practitioner and instructor of the Taoist Tai Chi form in Aruba for the last 10 years.
