Tai Chi for Resilience

Embrace the gentle power of Tai Chi—a beautiful practice combining mindfulness and motion. Join us for “meditation in movement” to unwind, strengthen, and cultivate resilience in body and mind.

Why Try Tai Chi?

Open to all levels (beginners welcome!).
No equipment needed—just wear comfortable clothing.

Dates: Mondays & Thursdays

  • Jan. 19, 22 & 29
  • Feb. 2, 5, 9, 12, 19, 23 & 26
  • Mar. 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30
  • Apr. 2, 9, 13, 16, 20 & 30
  • May. 4, 7, 11, 18, 21, 25 & 28

Time: 6 pm – 7 pm
