In a world full of pressure, expectations, and constant connection, it’s easy to lose sight of your own needs and limits. This interactive workshop will help you reconnect with your personal power and set clear, confident boundaries, without guilt.

 

Through guided discussions, practical exercises, and real-life scenarios, you’ll learn why boundaries matter for mental well-being and how to communicate them effectively in academic, social, and professional settings.

About the facilitator:

Cinthia Quant is a licensed psychologist specialized in Gender and Gender-Based Violence, with over seven years of experience in GBV prevention & response. She currently serves as Head of Section Bida y Famia at the Department of Social Affairs. She has previously served as Program Manager at Fundacion Contra Violencia Relacional, GBV Coordinator at HIAS Aruba, and Psychologist at Fundacion pa Hende Muher den Dificultad. Throughout her work, she has delivered trainings and workshops across Aruba and the region focused on empowerment, advocacy, and well-being.
